You can return most Orac products within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs and transport risks are your responsibility.
How to return an order
Please notify us before returning any products.

Email info@styqx.nl with your order number, product names and quantities.

Securely package the products and include your name and order number.

Arrange return shipping with a carrier of your choice or deliver the products to our location in Tholen, Netherlands.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund in accordance with the applicable return conditions and consumer rights.
Return exceptions
Custom-made or personalised products, including items specially modified, painted or otherwise adapted to your specifications, cannot normally be returned.
Business customers: The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.
Damaged products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@styqx.nl as soon as possible, including your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange an appropriate solution.
Before placing your order
Some Orac products are long, large or heavy, making return shipping expensive and difficult. We recommend checking product dimensions and specifications carefully before ordering.
